Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Duties and taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Riedel tableware purchase. If for any reason you’re not, our refined returns process ensures a resolution worthy of our discerning clientele.

Our Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Important Exceptions

Due to their fragile nature and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Crystal drinkware and decanters (if packaging has been opened)
  • Used cutlery sets
  • Opened salt & pepper sets
  • Personalized or monogrammed items

The Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order, using the template provided below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials, including the RMA number visibly marked on the exterior.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send via insured courier to our Hull address (return shipping at customer’s expense unless item is faulty).
  5. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for quality inspection and processing.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once approved, refunds are processed within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Exchange Requests

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the standard returns process above
  • Clearly state your desired replacement item in your return request
  • We’ll process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected
  • You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs
